1. Ordering & Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping? We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. No hidden fees!

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Most orders are delivered within 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your gadget is dispatched.

Do you ship to all of India? We ship to most pin codes. However, we currently have limited service in certain remote areas of North and North-East India. If we cannot ship to you, we will issue a full refund immediately.

2. Tracking & Communication

How can I track my order? We provide real-time updates! You will receive tracking details directly on your WhatsApp and Email once the order is shipped.

Why can't I reach you via phone call? Since we manage De Store alongside our professional full-time jobs, we cannot attend calls during the day. However, we are very active on WhatsApp and Email during our support hours (6 PM – 11 PM).

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We have a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Is an unboxing video mandatory? Yes. To protect both the customer and the store, a clear unboxing video is required to process any claims for damages or missing items.

When will I get my refund? Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Products

Are the gadgets high quality? Absolutely! We handpick every kitchen and home gadget in our collection based on utility and quality. We only sell what we would use ourselves.

What if the gadget is not working? Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
